Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received

• In its original packaging with all accessories or manuals included

• Free from damage not caused during shipping

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will only be issued for the product value; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return your current purchase for a refund and place a new order.
